It is an honor to connect with you, thank you for Being. My name is Laura Waite, I am a mother of two, a small business owner, and a proud resident of Costa Rica. This is my home and I welcome you. I am grateful to be a part of your journey.

​As a seeker of enlightenment, I have been walking the inward path home for a long time. I began my healing journey when I stepped into yoga in 2001 and it has been a deep dive ever since. My personal growth and transformation inspire me to guide others to their own truth, inner wisdom and sovereignty.
I became a facilitator of healing over 16 years ago and continue to evolve as a student of life. I am an Intuitive, Yoga Teacher, Bodyworker, Lightworker, and Metatron Color Therapist. I act as a channel and a guide, and am dedicated to the mission of elevating our world by lighting a flame of remembrance within you.

​I work closely with a 100% Pure Divine Light Source, I am
here to shine a light on your path home. In any form that we connect, I will help you to slow down and become present and centered so that you can hear your inner voice. From there you learn to trust yourself and connect with Source from within. When you align with your inner Light, you unlock your unique gifts and become your own best healer, teacher and guide. Imagine what you can do and be from there! My promise is to empower you. I will help guide you to your true, authentic self and this starts with opening the heart and taking a step.

I established Mandala Yoga | Massage | Lightwork when I moved to Samara in 2012 and have been serving the community ever since. My dedication to yoga practice and self-healing has sharpened my awareness and sensitivity to my own nature and to others. I facilitate from a deep place of love, compassion and truth. It’s an honor for me to be on your path.
