This offering is for those seeking a thorough, integrative full-body and multilayered therapeutic massage. It is an introduction or taste of my signature massage & Lightwork session, with some pieces tapered back. The ample time of this massage allows us to bring in additional healing modalities for deeper, longer lasting resolution to muscle tension, acute injuries or chronic pain. This session also invites in time and space for deeper understanding and release to the mental and emotional bodies which add to muscle tension and to energetic mis-alignment. My refined, detailed bodywork is ideal for those who want a more profound and proactive healing experience that addresses multiple layers of the body. This is not your standard massage, it is 18 years of study, experience and expertise. What to expect: Receive a transformative, intuitive therapeutic massage from a seasoned therapist. This session combines flowing Swedish massage strokes and deep tissue manipulation to assure an intentional and nurturing therapeutic experience. Elements such as stretching, CranioSacral therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, and Myofascial release are often woven into the session. I tailor the experience to your unique needs, designing the most enhancing healing journey for you. If you have an acute injury or chronic pain we will bring relief and healing. Not only will we target the muscle tissue, but we will address the mental and emotional bodies as well. Mental stress and emotional imbalance create physical pain or discomfort. When we clear the disharmony in the body from multiple layers, muscle tension softens and the energetic body aligns resulting in a more enhanced sense of well being.
